** Longer holding time of 3mins to 5mins, helps to find body stillness, stability & balancing
** Can be done anytime of the day
** Can be done when energy is low, feeling tire, lazy or recovery from illness
** Can change the nature of practice from Yin to Yang form of Yoga
** Always relax the muscles at the joint to prevent contraction
** Always move slowly to transit to another Yin pose, do not violently move the body after long holding
